The NORRA (National Off Road Racing Association) Mexican
1000 is a 1100 mile race from Mexicali to San Jose del Cabo. It’s spread out over 4 days and consists of
mainly vintage off road vehicles.
My dad raced in the early NORRA races from 1968 – 1972. Four years ago, for a show at the Miami Art Museum, I started working on copy of his car.
This year I entered my 1964 Toyota Fj40 Land Cruiser into the race.
